So fall is officially here. Even though it was in the mid 80's today here in Atlanta. For Justin and I the first mark of fall is not the official day but rather Mountain Day. For anyone that went to Berry College can tell you, there is nothing like running down a mountain to get that natural high that we always talked about at Berry. Mountain Day is the Berry Bubble version of homecoming but with no beer, no tailgaiting and no football. But it has and always will mark the beginning of the fall season for me. Mountain Day has changed throughout the years, from something that I did not understand and honestly thought was kind of stupid as a freshman to a right of passage as a senior. And as we have gone year after year after graduation it has morphed into a reunion. Justin and I and our group of friends have not missed one! And this year we marked the passage of time by bringing our baby boy to his first Mountain Day of many to come. I hope he finds the joy, the simplicity, the passing of time and the fun from Mountain Day as Justin and I have. So here are some pictures to enjoy of Xander's first Mountain Day experience.
